Order Processing and Delivery Terms
Please, be attentive when filling out the order form. Specify the exact and detailed delivery address (street number, building, entrance, access code, floor, company name, office number, etc.). We do everything possible for your flowers to be delivered to the recipient at the desired time. For this purpose we recommend that you specify the recipient's phone number so our managers could call one to confirm the delivery. No claims for the order delivery timeliness will be accepted in case the delivery is impossible due to incorrect delivery address and if there is no recipient’s phone number specified (or if the recipient doesn't answer the phone). We will contact you to clarify the delivery address and then redeliver the order if that situation happens. It might happen that you will need to pay the redelivery fee.
When calling to the recipient to confirm the delivery, we try not to say what exactly it is going to be delivered, and thus we preserve the element of surprise. However, there are rare cases where it is impossible to keep a secret, so we do not guarantee keeping your surprise completely.
We require the full prepayment for your order to be accepted. We trust our customers, so providing us with a payment confirmation document (e.g. payment receipt copy) by sending it via email/fax will be enough. After the payment confirmation is received, the manager will change your order status to "Payment confirmed" and forward it to be completed by our flower arrangers. Please, remember that your payment is not constantly transferred to our account, so we recommend that you keep the original payment receipt. After the money is transferred to our account, the manager will change your order status to «Paid». This order status indicates that we have received your payment.
Prices and discounts
All prices on our website are already include the delivery fee that stays the same regardless of weekends and holidays. Prices may vary in some specific cases (e.g. if the delivery is made to some small town). We appreciate our regular customers and offer them a system of discounts. Please, refer to our consultant to get some more detailed information on that issue.
Flower delivery is determined by many factors and depends largely on a specific bouquet you have chosen. We offer Same Day delivery for most bouquets. However, there are some flower arrangements that should preordered. Therefore, we are asking you to place your order in advance.
Moreover, the delivery time also depends on time of placing the order, weather conditions and delivery address, so we strongly recommend that you contact our manager and ask for the ability to complete your order.
If you still need an urgent flower delivery, please contact our consultant to confirm the possibility of composing the bouquet you need within a certain time frame. Following these simple steps will let your special someone to get a lovely bouquet of flowers in the shortest time possible.
Bouquet Items Replacement
In some cases, we reserve the right to replace floral items and packaging material with equivalent ones; however we always keep the same form, color and value of the ordered bouquet. Some flowers are seasonal and may not be available at the time of your order.
Anyway, each bouquet item replacement is always discussed with the customer. In case our managers can’t contact you at any reason (e.g. you don’t pick up the phone or there’s no reply email), we take the responsibility to replace the bouquet items at our own discretion, keeping the same shape, size and main colored scheme of the ordered bouquet in order to deliver your order in time. Despite the fact that some differences may occur, keeping the same flower type will prevail over keeping its color. (e.g. we will more likely replace white roses with pink ones than with white chrysanthemums).
All potted plants represented on our website are only samples. For objective reasons, we can’t guarantee the available flower will exactly match with the one given on the picture. In other words, the plant that you choose may differ from the one available with its size, color, number of inflorescences, etc. The same thing refers to the pot. If these details are of high importance to you, please, discuss them with our operator.
After you have chosen the bouquet and pressed the «Order Now» button, you will be taken to the next stage that includes the image of the chosen bouquet and the «Nice gift compliments» section located at the bottom of the page. Among all other things, the list of gift compliments also includes plush toys and cakes, which are only samples. Due to the constantly updated goods offering, we can only guarantee the toy and the cake to have the same size. Despite that we will do our best to meet your needs.
You can also place a custom order after agreeing it with our operator. We are always happy to complete any manageable custom orders.
The above is also applied to those arrangements, which include plush toys, vases, pencil holders, palettes, decorations, etc. We always keep the meaning of the arrangements, but we also reserve the right to some discrepancy with the picture. If these details are of high importance to you, please, discuss them with our operator.
The fruit basket arrangement and contents can be made according to your wishes.
We always try to fulfill all your wishes and providing a service of taking a picture of the recipient when getting your gift is not an exception. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this option to be always available due to technical reasons and possible recipient’s refusal. But if the photo was taken we will send it not later then the evening of the next labor day after delivery. Attention! The service is free!

If the order has already been paid, the money will be returned to the card which was used for the payment.

Since flowers are considered perishable, complaints are accepted within 24 hours after the delivery of the order to the recipient.
We guarantee that all personal data, you provide us to complete your order, is kept strictly confidential. The recipient can only get the information about the customer from a greeting card or some other source provided by the customer to be delivered (business cards, etc.) All other personal data specified during the ordering process will not be available to the recipient without the consent of the customer.
